Mr. Shapiro is the co-founder of Rising Realty of South Florida.  Before forming Rising Realty, he practiced law for several years in the area of real estate; representing clients in federal and state courts in real estate litigation throughout the state of Florida and Illinois. Jason has 4 years of real estate litigation experience as an attorney concentrating on mortgage foreclosure, creditor rights in bankruptcy, civil litigation, and handling REO closings. He has numerous clients in the Mortgage Banking industry.

Jason started the REO division of Rising Realty and is responsible for the future growth in this area of the brokerage firm. Jason is a member of the  Florida State Bar Association and Southern District of Florida. Jason is currently working with clients to help them buy and sell properties in the South Florida real estate market. He is a licensed attorney in Florida as well as a licensed real estate broker.
