Benjamin Schwab joined Rising Realty as a licensed broker in 2010.  He has extensive knowledge with Palm Beach, Martin, St. Lucie, and Broward counties.  With over 8 years of real estate experience, Benjamin is able to offer a seamless process from start to finish for all of his clientele.

Benjamin attended the University of Arizona, and has since earned several certifications and designations within the real estate industry.  Currently, his designations include GRI, Certified Marketing Specialist (EMS), Negotiation Specialist (CNS), E-PRO, and SFR Certification.  He serves as an active member of the Florida Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Jewish Community Center, Continental Who's Who of Real Estate, Montclair Who's Who of Real Estate, and he is a member of the  Jupiter, Tequesta, Hobe Sound Board of Realtors (JTHS).
